Le vele in 4T FORTE sono prodotte con un basso livello di emissioni di CO2 nell’atmosfera e senza l’utilizzo di sostanze inquinanti come colle, resine e solventi.
Al termine della loro vita utile, queste vele vengono riciclate nell’ambito dei normali processi di recupero delle materie prime a base di polietilene per generare il pellet di PE.
Il pellet di polietilene viene utilizzato per la produzione di accessori (come ad esempio le tavolette) da impiegare nella produzione di nuove vele.
Un reticolo strutturale centrale, realizzato con fibre ad alto modulo, si occupa dei carichi principali, mentre microstrati orientati forniscono resistenza in altre direzioni secondarie. L’intera membrana è incapsulata tra strati esterni in ripstop, resistenti ai raggi UV, all’umidità e alla muffa.
