Only the lofts listed on the official contact page of the OneSails website are part of the authorized OneSails network and are recognized as official distributors of the brand. OneSails shall not be held liable for any activities, representations, or commercial practices carried out by unauthorized third parties, including entities or individuals that were formerly affiliated with the OneSails network.
The unauthorized use of the OneSails name, trademark, logo, or any other element of its corporate identity constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.
Lofts that no longer represent or are affiliated with the OneSails network are listed under the section titled “Expired Representation” and are not entitled to use the OneSails name or branding in any form.
The following entries list the sailmakers that are no longer part of the network, along with their country of origin and the month and year they ceased activity.
