OneSails GBR is recruiting

If you love sailing and are looking for a new challenge, then OneSails GBR might have the role for you. Both the UK-based lofts at Suffolk Yacht Harbour on the east coast and Hamble Point Marina in the south have vacancies available for sail and cover makers. OneSails GBR is seeking junior and experienced sailmakers capable of fitting into a small friendly team, that designs, manufactures and services yacht sails and covers. Applicants should be comfortable operating heavy duty industrial sewing machines and other equipment associated with sail making. Candidates will ideally be familiar with the construction process of sails as well as being competent at repairing sails made from traditional woven materials right through to the latest high-tech fabrics. Sailing experience is a bonus and attention to detail and working to deadlines is vital. Applications from trainees looking to begin a career in sail making will also be considered and future career training will be provided to the right candidate.
