"La Lunga Bolina" 2014 offshore race
Sunday 27th of April, 60 boats crossed the finish line of "La Lunga Bolina" regatta, a 140 nautical miles offshore race for IRC and ORC classes. Pietro Platone's Black Bull, a OneSails Forte 4T 195R equipped J-111, claimed the ORC division victory followed a Mylus 14E55 Milu in second place and a First 40 Rebel in third. The IRC division victory went to Vani tè, the Grand Soleil 43 owned by Mario Aquila, followed by Black Bull and Rebel. The regatta had a shorter 2-leg Coastal Race reserved to the Este24 one design, where the female crew led by Cristiana Monina of La Prima della Classe wonthe race, followed by Alessandro Maria Rinaldi's RideCosì and Paolo Brinati's Gorditos II. La Prima della Classe and RideCosì are equipped with OneSails Vektor2 Pentex sails.
